Litigation Paralegal — SC/NC

The Role 

We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support our North Carolina/South Carolina caseload. 

A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required. 

Experience in Texas, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Arizona, or California is considered a plus.  

OUR REQUIREMENTS: 

• Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery 

• PERSONAL INJURY 8+ years experience 

• Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process 

• Drafting Discovery Responses 

• Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence 

• Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses 

• Calendaring litigation timelines 

• Conducting status update calls with clients 

• Client update calls 

• Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests 

• Assist in trial preparation 

• Verified litigation experience in North Carolina and South Carolina plus additional states 

• Familiarity with North Carolina and/or South Carolina e-filing systems and civil procedure.
