This position involves managing IPOs, SPACs, SEC filings, and cross-border transactions. Candidates should have experience with foreign markets listings and representing issuers or underwriters. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. The compensation range for an associate is $202,500 to $230,000, while potential counsel can expect a salary range of $220,000 to $350,000.
