Corporate Counsel - Real Estate & Evictions

Seattle, WA (Hybrid: 2–3 days/week on-site)

The Neiders Company is a fast-growing real estate investment firm with 85+ multifamily communities across the Pacific Northwest and Southwest. We’re on a mission to transform lives by transforming communities — and we’re looking for a Corporate Counsel who can help us do it.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all Washington State eviction/unlawful detainer matters.
• Provide guidance to property teams on notices, timelines, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, and employment docs.
• Support acquisitions and financing, including due diligence and document review.
• Advise leadership on risk, policy, and regulatory updates.

What We’re Looking For:

• JD + Washington State Bar license.
• 4+ years in a law firm.
• 1+ years in-house in real estate/property management preferred.
• Ideal candidate has both eviction and corporate experience, but strength in one area with a willingness to grow in the other will be considered.
• Experience with WA landlord-tenant law and unlawful detainers.
• Strong transactional skills and business-minded approach.
