Stark & Stark's Hamilton office is seeking applications from family law attorneys with exceptional credentials and a genuine passion for the law.

  Responsibilities

  • The position will support family law attorneys with a focus on divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, custody and child support related issues, relocation issues, college contribution issues, pre-marital agreements, domestic violence matters and adoption.
  • The Associate will work directly with clients preparing legal documents, including petitions, motions, and affidavits.
  • Writing and researching legal issues for briefs, pleadings, ascertaining experts and preparing and reviewing discovery.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of family law experience.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, writing, and research, skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work in a deadline driven practice is required.
  • Must have demonstrated the ability to work independently, as part of a team and the interpersonal skills to interact directly with clients.
  • Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey. Pennsylvania admission a plus.
