Litigation Counsel

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a highly motivated Of Counsel in the Denver metro area with a minimum 5 years of litigation experience in the defense of first-party commercial and residential property claims, insurance coverage, and insurance class actions in Colorado. The ideal candidate will work well as part of a team on related cases, including supervision by experienced partners, but must be capable of taking a lead role in independently handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, retaining and working with experts, attending mediations, and related tasks. It is critical that the candidate be capable of managing multiple cases at once, have strong writing and oral advocacy skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent legal work for our clients. The successful candidate may have the opportunity to utilize junior associates for some case work, such as legal research, where appropriate.

This position may be filled in Denver and accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, the compensation range for this position is between $180,000 - $200,000+ with minimum billable hour requirement of 1800.
