What You’ll Do
As a Workers’ Compensation Attorney, you’ll manage a caseload from inception to resolution. Responsibilities include:
- Representing insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation matters.
- Drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and handling hearings and depositions.
- Managing lien claims, litigation calendars, and deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Mentoring legal assistants and participating in client training seminars.
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Bar License (required).
- 4+ years of workers’ compensation experience (plaintiff or defense).
- Proven ability to handle discovery, litigation, and settlements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating across teams.

Compensation: $170,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
