Junior Transactional Attorney | US$70–US$90/hour | Micro1 contractor opportunity

Micro1 is seeking early-career transactional attorneys for part-time work helping train and evaluate AI for legal contract review. The work focuses on reviewing, assessing and contributing to contract redlining workflows, improving how AI identifies risk and interprets contract language.

Responsibilities include simulated contract negotiations and redlining; assessing AI responses; applying evaluation frameworks and grading criteria consistently; and collaborating with product and research teams.

Micro1 is looking for 1–3 years of transactional experience in-house or at a law firm, including MSAs and NDAs; strong written and verbal communication; close attention to detail; analytical skills; and an interest in law and technology. Exposure to AI or legal technology, and corporate-law experience or internships involving M&A or fund formation, are preferred.

Engagement: Independent contractor, remote and part-time. Micro1 advertises US$70–$90/hour.
