Mandarin-Speaking Litigation Associate

Cooley LLP is seeking Mandarin-speaking litigation associates for our New York, Washington, DC, and/or California offices.  

Qualified candidates should have: 

1. Native or near-native fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English;
2. At least two years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm;
3. Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and deliver consistently high-quality work product;
4. Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school; and
5. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while exercising excellent judgment and attention to detail. 

Candidates must be admitted to practice, or be eligible for admission, in the jurisdiction where they intend to practice.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000 - $420,000.  Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
