  • Interact  with and counsel potential and existing clients mainly through phone consultation  
  • Evaluate cases by gathering and analyzing comprehensive information
  • Inspire potential clients to retain our firm
  • Interpret laws, regulations, and rulings for potential clients & clients
  • Analyze and evaluate intake data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist  in coaching and training the Intake Team
  • Responsible for legal compliance regarding intake procedures & processes
  • Confer with colleagues to establish legal protocol for potential cases
  • Supervise support staff
Requirements

  

  • Must be admitted in good standing with the Connecticut Bar
  • 2+ years of experience handling personal injury cases including familiarity with workers’ compensation cases
  • General law firm experience a plus 
  • Ability to analyze information and form sound conclusions
  • Professional communication skills to build relationships and appropriately interact with diverse individuals and situations
  • Provide world-class service in a professional,ethical manner
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Effective time management skills to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership experience to supervise support staff
  • Proficient with various software applications  (Microsoft office, Outlook, and legal software programs) 
Salary Description
$85,000 - 105,000 commensurate with experience
