The Opportunity:

Our Client is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation attorney to join our Los Angeles office. Our team handles a diverse range of complex matters in both federal and state courts nationwide.

Key Practice Areas:

• Consumer class action defense.
• Real estate litigation.
• Trade secret, breach of contract and business tort litigation.
• Securities fraud and shareholder derivative lawsuits.
• Product liability and consumer protection defense.
• California privacy and data-related litigation.
• Defense of life insurers and financial services firms in class action and regulatory matters.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of law firm commercial litigation experience.
• Proficiency in case management and brief writing.
• Expectation to handle solo court appearances.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Admission to the California bar is required.

The salary range for this position is $190,000-$240,000 and represents the Firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidates relevant experience and qualifications.
