Job Title: Sales Execution Manager

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, metrics-driven Sales Execution Manager to support and elevate our high-performing sales department. This role focuses on execution and frontline team support, ensuring sales processes are followed, performance targets are met, and communication between the team and leadership remains seamless.
Reporting directly to the CMO, the Sales Execution Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, coaching agents, analyzing performance, overseeing commissions, and taking ownership of administrative tasks that keep the department running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 performance meetings with sales team members, using data to drive conversations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, assess KPIs, and present actionable insights to the CMO.
- Act as a liaison between senior agents and executive leadership, ensuring priorities and expectations are clearly communicated and met.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance, adherence to processes, and professionalism.
- Assess individual performance through observation, CRM metrics, and reporting, initiating corrective action plans when necessary.
- Interview and support onboarding of new sales team members.
- Oversee accurate tracking and processing of commissions.
- Maintain and improve internal sales documentation, including SOPs, call scripts, and evaluation frameworks.
- Jump in on client calls when needed to support conversions or address issues directly.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales workflows and increase team efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- 1–5 years of experience managing or leading a sales team in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop individuals across varying levels of experience and skill.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable coaching or strategy adjustments.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Sheets/Excel); CRM experience required (Actionstep a plus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
