Position Overview
We’re looking for a Legal Manager to join our growing team. The Legal Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the legal department to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. What You’ll Do
- Attendance reporting and accountability
- Productivity and Performance reporting and accountability
- Staff Management
- Maintain proper number of staff
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, offers of employment, warnings, terminations
- Management of staff incentives, recognition of excellence
- Coordination with HR, training, executive leadership, IT, and communications team, and partner vendors
- Account management support
- Management of escalated account issues
- Coordination with clients and partner vendors about systems, inventory and performance
- As manager will have a team of three supervisors and 45 – 60 customer service reps.
- Managers will receive training on Paycor, Five9, and all systems of record in a systematic and timely manner.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration or related field (preferred).
- Legal background in third-party liability, bankruptcy, deceased accounts, and probate (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of management experience required.
- Epic software experience a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Able to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
