Position Overview: As a Paralegal at Harris Keenan & Goldfarb, you will play a pivotal role in shaping personal injury litigation outcomes. Your contributions in conducting legal research, preparing trial documents, and managing case files will be instrumental in our commitment to justice for injured clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and filing pleadings, including summonses, complaints, and bills of particulars.
• Managing a diverse case load at various litigation stages, including trial preparation
• Supporting client intake, initiating file, and maintaining communication.
• Responding to discovery demands, orders, and expert exchanges.
• Drafting discovery-related motions and correspondence.
• Preparing closing documents, including compromise orders and settlement releases.

• 3+ years' experience as a plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal.
• In-depth knowledge of legal procedures, regulations, and New York courts.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Compensation: $60,000-$85,000 per year plus bonus, commensurate with experience. We offer health insurance, 401(k), dental insurance, health savings account, paid time off, a referral program, and vision insurance.
