
The Legal Intern will work on a range of projects that will support the legal team.
Duties
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other materials as requested by Legal Affairs team.
- Organize and analyze information and data; prepare reports based on same.
- Manage Legal Affairs mailboxes and upload pertinent documents to USL’s Legal Affairs database.
- Prepare meeting materials.
- Conduct thorough cleanout and organizing of Legal Affairs files, both in office and in database.
- Create an organizational chart that encompasses and recognizes the Officers of both USL and Bora Pharmaceuticals.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a J.D. program at an accredit academic institution, preferably second or third-year law student.
- Prior corporate paralegal experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Strong organizational, customer service, and project management skills.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
