Patent Litigation Associate Attorney

This Top-tier law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join its thriving national patent litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to focus on high-stakes patent litigation for a national and international client base. The firm is looking to add this role in NYC

With a deep bench of experienced litigators, the team has successfully handled complex cases in federal courts nationwide. Their strong technical knowledge spans diverse industries, allowing them to develop creative, business-focused strategies for both plaintiffs and defendants in patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, licensing disputes, and other high-stakes intellectual property matters. They also have unique experience in fast-track cases before the International Trade Commission (ITC) and handling Federal Circuit appeals, as well as navigating the interplay between litigation and post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Qualifications:

• 1 to 4 years of intellectual property litigation experience
  
• Strong preference for candidates with a background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
  
• Excellent academic credentials
