Senior Counsel – California Employment & Labor Law

Join a leading national law practice specializing in Employment & Labor matters. This role focuses on California employment litigation, advice, and counseling, handling complex cases that shape workplace law.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise employers and defend complex litigation in court and arbitration.

• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and meet-and-confer letters.

• Handle individual and class action wage & hour matters, including PAGA claims.

• Prepare and review employment agreements, severance agreements, policies, and employee handbooks.

What You’ll Bring:

• 7–8 years of experience in labor and employment law, with strong California expertise.

• Proven track record advising employers and defending litigation in court & arbitration.

• Active California Bar membership or eligibility for admission by waiver.
