Are you a seasoned and results-driven personal injury trial attorney who is passionate about making a real difference for your clients, while working for a firm that values your well-being and growth?

An innovative law firm in the Miami, FL area is seeking a highly motivated Senior Trial Attorney to drive successful outcomes for complex cases from inception to verdict, while leading and being supported by a collaborative and exceptional client services team.

  • Compensation: Starts at $150K-$270K (DOE) + bonus + benefits + professional growth
  • Location: Northwest Miami-Dade County, FL
  • Job Type: 100% on-site

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Case Management Excellence: Oversee all aspects of litigation, ensuring efficient and effective case progression with case management team.
  • Trial Advocacy: Conduct first-chair trials, delivering compelling arguments and achieving favorable verdicts.
  • Client Interaction: Screen potential litigation clients, prepare clients for depositions, and maintain exceptional client communication (in coordination with client services team).
  • Witness Management: Interview and depose witnesses, gathering crucial evidence to support case strategies.
  • Mediation and Negotiation: Skillfully prepare for and participate in mediations, striving for optimal settlements.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor litigation assistants, paralegals, and case managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Compliance and Strategy: Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and collaborate with supervising attorneys to develop comprehensive litigation strategies.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Extensive Experience: 7-10+ years of personal injury litigation experience or related legal field, including first-chair personal injury trials to verdict.
  • License: Active and good standing member with Florida Bar.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional professionalism and a strong commitment to client service and representation.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
