
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is looking to hire a mid-level IP Litigation Associate in the Chicago office's Intellectual Property and Technology group. This position will assist with trademark and copyright litigation matters, including anti-counterfeiting litigation and online enforcement. The role will include handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting complaints and applications for TROs and preliminary injunctions, managing high volume discovery, taking depositions, and preparing dispositive motions and settlement agreements. GT is seeking a motivated self-starter, who works well on a team, and is looking for experience taking ownership over key aspects of cases and learning to be a leader from early on.

Candidates should have 3-4 years of litigation experience. Must have experience with all aspects of litigation including managing written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking and/or preparation, etc.
This qualified individual must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong legal research, writing and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated and flexible. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred. Must be admitted in Illinois or eligible to waive in.

The expected pay range for this position is:
$230,000-$300,000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
