Attorney – Personal Injury
Location: The Villages, Florida (In-Office Position)
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing firm serving clients in and around The Villages. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney who is confident in handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters and is interested in playing a key role in the firm’s continued expansion throughout Florida.
Our firm is rapidly growing with multiple locations across the state, and we are looking for a driven attorney who can maintain high standards of client service while effectively managing a full caseload. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and experienced in handling cases from intake through resolution, including trial preparation when necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-suit through litigation
- Conduct case evaluations and develop legal strategies
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Negotiate settlements in pre-litigation and litigation phases
- Ensure office performance aligns with firm standards and client service expectations
- Maintain strong client communication and case management practices
Qualifications:
- Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
- Minimum 5 years of personal injury experience
- Proven courtroom and deposition experience
- Strong negotiation and case management skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in-office
- Bilingual a plus
