Our client, a distinguished Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Corporate Business Unit in either its Phoenix or Scottsdale office.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate and transactional documents, including entity formation and governance documents, operating agreements, supply and purchase agreements, compliance materials, and merger and acquisition agreements. The role involves close interaction with clients and direct representation in business negotiations and transactional matters.
Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. A strong work ethic and excellent academic credentials are essential. Experience with business development or maintaining client relationships is considered a plus.
