**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, compliance, and corporate governance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Corporate Attorney will work closely with various departments, providing legal guidance and ensuring the organization remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions, and other corporate matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate contracts, including partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Assist with due diligence processes for corporate transactions and prepare necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with corporate objectives and legal requirements.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, mediations, and negotiations when required.
- Stay updated on changes in corporate law and regulations that may affect the organization.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal compliance and risk management.
- Assist in managing relationships with external counsel and other legal service providers.

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in your state.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, ideally within a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, employment, and compliance issues.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in a specific industry relevant to our business (healthcare).
