Personal Injury Attorney

Requirements

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in California

4+ years of experience in personal injury (plaintiff or defense)

Experience handling cases in both pre-litigation and litigation phases preferred

Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Trial experience or strong interest in trial work

Experience with case management software (e.g., File-vine, Clio, Needles)

Ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating with a team

Client-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence
