Reporting to the Sr. Facilities Coordinator, the Office Services Associate is responsible for executing the daily activities of the Office Services Department. The responsibilities include, sorting and distributing mail, operating postage equipment, coordinating office catering, and stocking pantries and kitchens. Maintaining all Office Services equipment. Regular attendance and timeliness are required, as well as physical presence at the office.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Receives, sorts and delivers incoming mail, packages, and other assorted documents to and from pick-up locations within the office at regularly scheduled intervals.
Processes outgoing U.S. Mail, Fed Ex packages and local courier runs
Assists with arranging conference rooms (tables, chairs, equipment) for meetings and events.
Stock coffee supplies in all floor pantries daily.
High school diploma or GED, a minimum of three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. A good communicator with strong attention to detail skills required. Must be able to lift boxes that could weigh up to 50 lbs.
