What Will You Be Doing?
The primary functions for this position will be to support Frontier attorneys and staff in the Labor and the Contracts groups, performing legal work and administrative tasks under the supervision of a licensed attorney. This internship is for Fall 2025 9/8/2025 - 12/12/2025 based in Denver, CO.
Essential Functions
- Support the Labor group in the grievance resolution process to include investigation coordination with departmental subject matter experts, attending grievance hearing meetings, grievance tracking system administration (45%)
- Support the Labor group in labor contract negotiations to include information gathering/analysis and process organization (15%)
- Support the Contracts attorneys in preparing and reviewing Frontier form documents, such as non-disclosure agreements and independent contractor agreements (30%)
- Conduct basic legal research, complete preliminary contract review, and other tasks as assigned (10%)

Qualifications
- In the process of obtaining a JD
- Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams
- Demonstrated ability with MS Access, SharePoint or similar database software desired
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent organizational skills, good judgment and attention to detail
- Proficiency in software systems to assist with job duties
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate in a positive and effective manner with subordinates, peers, and all levels of management
- Ability to work with confidential material
