Team Overview

As the Attorney Network Project Coordinator, you are a vital part of the Allied Legal Affairs Team. This person will report to the Director of Allied Legal Affairs and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects, organizing and assigning tasks, coordinating cross-team work, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal ADF stakeholders to ensure Allied Legal Affairs projects remain on schedule by enforcing timelines and participating in weekly strategy meetings.
  • Coordinate with facilities, events, and AV teams to support the production of webinars, tele-forums, podcasts, and both virtual and in-person events, including moot courts.
  • Plan and manage events related to ADF’s summer internship and legal fellowship programs.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and tracking of internal training tools and manage the ADF Advocate Training Program in collaboration with the VP of Client & Alliance Engagement.
  • Track and analyze success metrics for Allied Legal Affairs initiatives and forecast internal and external resource needs for departmental operations.
  • Generate and maintain periodic reports on network attorney engagement, including response to referrals, amicus participation, and moot court involvement, for use in quarterly and annual reporting.
  • Process invoices and maintain financial records to support budget monitoring and reporting.
  • Provide a variety of administrative and operational support tasks for the Director of Allied Legal Affairs and the broader team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Project management experience.
  • Generating, understanding and communicating different types of data-driven reports.
  • Strong interpersonal writing and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of project coordinating experience.
