The Position: Nurtur Holdings is searching for an eager, dedicated, and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Legal and Compliance Team. The ideal fit for this position is a self-assured individual who has corporate or commercial transactional and deal experience-- including researching, performing due diligence, compliance reporting, and preparing and filing documents with governmental agencies.
This is a perfect position for someone interested in the educational beauty industry. You learn and work with Department of Education rules and parameters, federal financial aid requirements and state regulations-- all to ensure that we deliver and exceptional educational experience. This position works closely with and report directly to the Chief Legal Officer.

Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent (required).
-Paralegal certificate or other post-secondary education (preferred). Prior relevant work experience will be considered.
-Minimum experience of 3-5 years
-Investigative mind and strong analytical skills
-Highly organized, with attention to detail and deadlines
-Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, Docusign
-Experience with pivot tables, macros, and advanced Excel formula is a plus
Schedule:
-Minimum 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday
-Weekend availability
