A quick snapshot…
As Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll be responsible for working on regulatory issues impacting Conga and its service offerings, including impact of domestic and international legal frameworks.
Are you the person we are looking for?
Related Experience. You have a minimum of a Master’s degree in law or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience drafting and negotiating inbound and outbound commercial agreements, including software licensing agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and data processing agreements for a global SaaS company; assisting with the creation, updating, and maintenance of comprehensive privacy, data security, and product compliance guidelines, including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA compliance; working closely with other attorneys to monitor developments on legal issues particularly in technology law, data privacy, and AI (Artificial Intelligence) regulations, and assessing how these legal developments could impact the company's products, services, operations, and compliance obligations; analyzing the significance of legal developments and preparing work product including legal memos, briefs, and compliance reports explaining and clarifying legal issues; and providing comprehensive legal guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, and contract law matters across multiple regulatory jurisdictions. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of California. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Education. Must hold a minimum of Master’s degree in law or related field. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
Salary Range: $176,033 – $244,325
