Job Summary
A top patent law firm has an exciting opportunity for its busy life sciences practice. The life sciences group seeks a Biotech Patent Associate that has a superb biotechnology background ideally with 3-5 years of experience in responding to US Office Actions, drafting patent applications, due diligence, opinion work, post-grant matters and IP strategies.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in a broad range of biology applications which may include molecular and cellular biology, genetics, and/or Immunology. Candidates are expected to have an advanced degree, a state bar, and UPSTO admissions.
Anticipated Compensation:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $250,000 to $345,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
