ProspectBlue has partnered with a reputable firm in Richmond, VA and is seeking a motivated attorney to join their transportation litigation team. This position includes handling:

• Catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death defense
• Freight and property damage claims
• Regulatory compliance and risk management
• Employment matters related to the transportation and logistics industry
• Supply chain and logistics management issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Prepare fact and expert witnesses
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients in court hearings
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of litigation experience
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• High attention to detail
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
