
Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney (remote or in-office)
- Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings
- Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documents
- Attend hearings and depositions
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Effectively manage time and follow Firm procedures
- Collaborate with all levels both internal and external
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise solutions
- Proactive, client-centered, and tech-savvy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior organizational, multi-task, and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Sufficient dexterity to operate a keyboard and other office equipment.
- Ability to observe details, read printed materials, and view computer screens.
- Ability to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.
- Ability to move within an office environment and operate office equipment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Ability to travel to court as required.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
