About the Role:
Join Malki Law Offices, an award winning Personal Injury law firm, as a Legal Assistant and become an integral part of our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about the law and eager to contribute to our clients' success in the field of Personal Injury law.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and case files.
- Setting up insurance claims and obtaining insurance information
- Ordering Medical Records for Paralegals and Attorneys
- Manage case calendars and schedule appointments for clients and attorneys.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties regarding case updates.
- Draft correspondence and prepare reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a legal setting preferred.
- Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
