ABOUT THE POSITION


Position Summary

The Paralegal Team Lead will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, performance, and client satisfaction across multiple offerings.


This role combines data-driven analysis, strategic oversight, and team collaboration to optimize workflows, task management processes, and resource utilization. The successful candidate will provide actionable insights to improve performance and achieve key revenue and client satisfaction metrics.



Productivity and Performance Management

·        Analyze and support the performance management of legal services.

·        Evaluate paralegal productivity, task queue effectiveness, workflows, and task management processes.

·        Monitor user engagement and provide leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve matter management, tool utilization, and producer performance.


Monitor Sales and Client Conversion

·        Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute strategies for promoting various legal services.

·        Track client acquisition metrics, including lead conversion rates, and identify improvement opportunities.

 

Productivity and Performance Management

·        Oversee and evaluate paralegal and biller performance metrics, ensuring alignment with the firm’s standards and goals.

·        Optimize task queues, workflows, and engagement to enhance overall productivity.


Oversight of Mail Clerk and File Clerk

·        Provide leadership and direction to mail clerks and file clerks, ensuring adherence to firm standards and efficient operation.


Matter Management and Client Satisfaction

·        Oversee matter plan execution, including monitoring workgroup queues, dashboards, and client budgets.

·        Ensure data accuracy in matter management tools and workflows.

·        Verify mid-phase matter management completion and maintain organized client files.

·        Uphold firm standards for client communication, document handling, and resource usage.

·        Monitor and achieve client satisfaction KPIs.


Revenue and Production: Achieve Individual Targets

·        Meet individual revenue and production goals.

·        Regularly monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with the firm’s financial objectives.



Qualifications and Skills:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.

·        6+ Years as a Paralegal, Litigation experience preferred but not required.

·        Litify experience highly preferred but not required.

·        Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, and process optimization.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.

·        Excellent organizational and communication skills.

·        Proficiency in matter management tools, dashboards, and CRM systems.

·        Leadership experience with a track record of managing teams effectively.
