Associate Attorney - Litigation

Ray Quinney & Nebeker, a large and respected Salt Lake City law firm, seeks an experienced litigation associate attorney.

Ideal applicants should have two to five years of experience in state and/or federal court litigation. Preferred candidates will have experience drafting and arguing motions, as well as supporting complex litigation through all phases of discovery and motion practice. Strong oral and written advocacy skills, along with substantial legal research experience, are essential.

Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a high degree of ethics, professionalism, good judgment, and a solid work ethic. Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar, or if not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a member of the bar of another state in the U.S. and be able to obtain a license in Utah.
