Attorney

HigherStrats is currently assisting one of our local clients in finding a highly skilled and motivated Attorney to join their dedicated team. Our client is committed to providing exceptional legal services to their diverse clientele in the areas of elder law, estate and trust planning, Medicaid planning, guardianships, corporate law, real estate, and business succession planning.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and passionate about making a meaningful difference in clients' lives and who thrives in a collaborative, supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality legal counsel.
  
• Manage a caseload independently, while working collaboratively with other attorneys and support team.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients and external partners, providing clear, empathetic guidance.
  
• Contribute to the firm’s development by providing ideas for practice expansion.
  

Additional Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York State.
  
• At least 6 years of experience in one or more of the firm’s practice areas or a complementary area of law.
  
• Litigation experience is a plus but not required.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated, client-centered approach.
