Trueline's client, a respected law firm in Maine, is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney to take their career to new heights within a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do as the Labor & Employment Attorney:
- Provide expert counsel on a wide range of labor and employment matters
- Represent clients in complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution
- Draft and review employment-related documents
- Advise on regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Lead workplace investigations and resolve internal disputes
- Stay abreast of legal trends and offer strategic advice
- Manage client relationships and provide business-oriented solutions
You'll Succeed as the Labor & Employment Attorney if you Have:
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 5-7 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Experience across diverse industries
- An entrepreneurial spirit and interest in practice growth
- Active admission to the Maine State Bar
