We’re seeking a future team member for the role of ASSOCIATE PARALEGAL II to join our LEGAL DEPARTMENT / LITIGATION AND ENFORCEMENT team. This role is located in PITTSBURGH, PA or LAKE MARY, FL – it is a HYBRID role, currently requiring a minimum of three days in the office out of every five working days. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Receive, review, analyze, and respond to incoming legal documents, including government and civil subpoenas, restraining notices, levies, writs of garnishments, and related correspondence
  • Conduct research on various bank systems and applications 
  • Communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and make document productions 
     

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred: 1-3 years of work experience, ideally relating to commercial litigation, government enforcement, and or/or discovery processes
  • Preferred: organized, detail-oriented, resilient, team player with strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to comfortably and capably interact with a variety of internal and external banking, legal, and regulatory professionals
