Duties- Collects, analyzes, and prepares accurate records using complaint data related to allegations of discrimination.
- Conducts data analysis, surveys, and assessments to identify trends and triggers in the complaint process.
- Develops and conducts training to address trends and issues within the distribution centers.
- Provides guidance, troubleshoots, and answers questions related to this area of expertise.
- Create new applications for and/or lead the development of reference and resource materials for EEO programs.
- Conducts pre-complaint counseling (to include gathering required documents) and produces an adequate counseling report within the regulated timelines, with limited or no requirement for rework.
