We are looking for someone with specialized knowledge and experience in product companies having proven experience in handled complex commercial transactions, especially licensing deals.

We are looking for someone with specialized knowledge and experience in product companies having proven experience in handled complex commercial transactions, especially licensing deals.
- LLB., with 6+ years of relevant legal experience. In-house experience in a product company is a must
- Significant experience in handling complex commercial transactions, including IT services agreement, licensing contacts, partnership agreements, subcontracting and vendor contracts
- Comprehensive understanding of complex contractual issues, assess risk, and independently provide concise business-focused legal advice
- Effectively handling contract disputes
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize to close critical deals
- Working with internal stakeholders from various business functions
- Highly self-motivated to lead projects with minimal supervision
- Excellent judgment and can craft creative solutions
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
