Core Responsibilities
Team Development & Leadership
- Build high-performing attorney collections team through systematic talent assessment and development planning
- Design comprehensive training programs and performance management frameworks that drive accountability and results
- Coach individual team members while establishing collaborative culture of excellence and sustained performance
- Create clear expectations, measurable goals, and feedback mechanisms that motivate exceptional outcomes
Strategic Process Design
- Develop systematic collections workflows from lien placement through settlement resolution
- Implement data-driven decision frameworks for case prioritization, negotiation strategies, and resource allocation
- Design KPI systems and continuous improvement methodologies based on performance analytics
- Build scalable operating procedures and quality control standards
Technology & Innovation
- Implement collections software, automation tools, and business intelligence systems
- Create systematic reporting frameworks for data-driven decision making
- Design training curricula that build technical expertise and professional accountability
Attorney Relationship Management
- Develop strategic approaches to attorney relationship building that drive collections and referral generation
- Create communication protocols and service standards that differentiate AICA in the legal market
- Implement systematic conflict resolution that preserves relationships while maximizing collections
Performance Targets
