Step into a role where your litigation skills directly shape outcomes. You’ll manage a diverse caseload of PIP matters, from pre-litigation evaluations to courtroom motions, working alongside seasoned litigators who value your insight and initiative.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and manage all PIP cases, ensuring demands are properly executed and corrected when necessary.
Conduct thorough reviews of demand responses, insurance policies, and payment records to determine suit legitimacy.
Perform intricate calculations for MRI, chiropractic, orthopedic, and hospital billing under Medicare Fee Schedules.
Draft and argue motions for Summary Judgment, Dismissal, Discovery, and more
Defend against motions for sanctions and negotiate settlements in both litigation and pre-litigation phases.
Maintain regular communication with medical providers and insurance adjusters to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
Stay current on evolving PIP laws and conduct deep legal research in emerging areas.
Train and guide support staff in case evaluation and billing accuracy
Handle intake calls, assess case viability, and prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Organize and manage case files for pre-trial conferences, ensuring judicial compliance
