
Job Title: Real Estate Transaction Attorney

Summary:
The Real Estate Transaction Attorney will oversee commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development. This role also involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, lease contracts, deeds, and financing agreements.
- Conduct due diligence on properties, including title examinations, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Advise on land use, development, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with developers, real estate agents, appraisers, and mortgage brokers to facilitate transactions.
- Corporate support including forming entities, joint ventures, partnership agreement and similar commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws.
- Provide guidance on tax implications and financial considerations related to real estate transactions.
- Resolve title issues, claims, and disputes.
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school with a strong GPA per transcript.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate law, preferably in an in-house or corporate setting or with a top law firm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Being bilingual is a plus.

- Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.

- Ability to operate computer screens, review digital content, and analyze data.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of promotional materials and marketing collateral during event setups.
