We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Florida -based <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Estate Planning and Probate Administration<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Paralegal<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10 -20 hours per week.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Paralegal Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>

- Drafting pleadings/petitions for Probate Administration
<\/div>

- Drafting Estate Plans
<\/div>

- Client communications / follow -up
<\/div>

- Court/JA communication
<\/div>

- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
<\/div>

- Self -starter and able to work independently
<\/div>

<\/div>

Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
<\/div>
