Position Overview
We are seeking California-licensed attorneys to conduct personal injury intake consultations for prospective clients. This role involves taking live calls from prospective clients, explaining contingency fee agreements, assessing case viability under California law, and documenting key facts for law firm review.
This is a fully remote, per-consult role with flexible scheduling. Because we provide 24-hour intake coverage, availability during nights, weekends, and holidays is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Answer and conduct live personal injury intake calls
- Explain contingency fee agreements and address client questions
- Assess case viability under California law
Requirements
- Active California law license in good standing (required)
- Ability to take live calls from a PC in a remote environment
- Strong verbal communication and client-facing skills
- Excellent note-taking and documentation abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace
- Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, or on-call coverage
Compensation
- Paid per completed intake consultation
- Compensation amount to be determined
- Premium rates available for night, weekend, and holiday coverage
