Description

You will bring deep and broad understanding of claim litigation processes, strategies, and metrics coupled with a passion for solving our customers most strategic problems.  As part of the role, you will work collaboratively with key strategic partners and within Verisk’s Claim Solutions division. 
Your understanding of technical claim practices and P&C business challenges will guide your creation of new products meant to deliver crucial insights to insurance carrier customers to create optimal litigation outcomes.
 

 

 

 



Responsibilities

About the Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Role

  • Work with strategic partner to create a claims litigation insights strategy that results in multiple consumable products.
  • Work with internal partners to bring products to market within our claims marketplace. 
  • Assist in developing, managing and executing product expansion strategy.
  • Assist in driving transformational change and influence alignment, sponsorship, and buy-in to the growth and transformation of our litigation insights program.
  • Work with customers to identify, inform and prioritize market strategy, innovation, and development.
  • Forge relationships with decision makers and execution teams within Verisk businesses (i.e. Casualty, Property and Underwriting) and outside solution providers to develop strategy and execute on integration opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to inform decision-making and future strategies.
  • Proactively manage risk and help to drive organizational process improvement.


Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of insurance claims litigation departments, processes, and systems as well as technology and data solution providers.
  • Emerging people leader with proven experience driving high performance teams; able to drive efficient collaboration models, build talent capabilities and drive change.
  • Demonstrable experience setting strategy, defining roadmaps, and executing on goals.
  • Builds and maintains strong and effective relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Quick learner, and strategic thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
