Duties
- You will provide advice and guidance on the interpretation, intent and impact of laws, regulations, policies and programs pertaining to disability employment, reasonable accommodation and employment accessibility.
- You will administer the EEO complaints and pre-complaints processing to include counseling, investigation and adjudication.
- You will have the ability to provide sound technical advice to management, employees and/or applicants regarding program requirements/issues.
- You will analyze and evaluate complaints and negotiates informal adjustments with management and complainant whenever possible.
