DutiesProvides timely, accurate, and useful advice on legal matters, including legal issues related to security, cybersecurity, human resources, ethics, contracting, tort claims, and other areas of administrative law; supports litigation, agreement, and record responsibilities of SAA OGC; answers legal questions diligently and thoroughly; demonstrates collegiality and professionalism when providing legal guidance in the Senate environment.
Salary- $151,646 - $197,983/year

Core Competencies
- Advising on matters of law, regulation, policy, and procedure.
- Drafting attorney work product, including legal memoranda.
- Communicating legal guidance that is timely and accurate.
Other Duties/ Responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned consistent with legal role.
Required Work Experience
- Law degree from accredited law school.
- Five or more years of relevant legal experience, including federal government, law firm, or corporate.
Required Special Skills/ Knowledge
- Active license to practice law within the United States of America
Working Conditions
- The person in this position needs to occasionally sit and/or stand for long durations (and sometimes carry items less than 25 pounds).
- Subject to call back as per Senate needs.
