About the Role:
The firms office is seeking a General Liability Partner with significant litigation experience. This hybrid role offers the chance to handle complex defense cases, mentor junior associates, and contribute to a high-performance legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop strategies for new litigation files.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and legal advice.
- Oversee discovery, draft legal memoranda, and prepare for trial.
- Draft, file, and argue substantive motions and appeals.
- Attend pretrial hearings and represent clients at trial.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage caseloads efficiently.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey, in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience (civil liability focus).
- Preferred background in: Commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM claims, Premises liability, Construction accidents and Product liability.
- Trial experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-discovery tools.
- Strong legal writing, case management, and team collaboration skills.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
