What the day looks like:
No two days are the same. You’ll work closely with 2-3 of our litigation attorneys, helping build our litigation cases, as you gather evidence, review records, communicate with clients, liaise with experts, schedule mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more.
This is more than taking orders. Your job is to think critically and investigate to help uncover the truth.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of paralegal experience (plaintiffs’ personal injury with litigation experience preferred)
- Must reside within driving distance of Greenville, SC
- Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays.
- First 30 days on onboarding and training will be done in Greenville, SC office
- Hybrid role with the flexibility of working from home one or two days per week. Remote work must be same high quality of work, communication and attentiveness as in office work, and that there may be situations involving deadlines, hearings and trials where we will need the work to be done in the office on an as needed basis.
