Position Overview:
Dutch Bros is built on making a massive difference one cup at a time, and our rapid growth trajectory depends on our ability to open new shops efficiently. We are seeking a dedicated Manager of Application Delivery to own the technology that powers our Legal, Real Estate, and Construction functions, acting as the primary technology partner to these business units.
This role is a hands-on, process-focused leadership position centered on enabling speed and reducing risk. You will be responsible for the delivery, support, and evolution of our critical corporate systems, focusing on deep workflow automation, process optimization, and the early adoption of AI/ML-driven solutions. You will be instrumental in eliminating manual friction, thereby accelerating the entire "site-to-open" pipeline.

You possess the required technical expertise (Real Estate/Legal systems, MDM) and, crucially, the leadership ability to coach a team and drive significant, positive change within the Legal and Real Estate organizations. Job Qualifications:
Experience: 5-7 years of progressive experience in IT/Technology, with a minimum of 3 years in a people leadership position responsible for managing and mentoring technical staff.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, process-focused certifications) are a plus.
Domain Expertise (Applications): Proven, direct experience managing, supporting, and optimizing application portfolios within the following domains:
Real Estate/Construction: Experience with Real Estate Management Systems (Lucernix), Lease Administration platforms, and Construction Project Management systems, Site Selection systems.
Legal: Experience with Legal Matter Management(LawVu), Corporate Compliance systems, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
Data Integrity: Foundational understanding and experience with Master Data Management (MDM) systems for critical data assets (e.g., location, vendor, contract data).
Technical Focus (Automation & AI):
Demonstrated ability to implement workflow automation, driving measurable improvements in process Turnaround Time (TAT) and reducing manual intervention.
Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) specifically for document intelligence, such as automated data extraction from leases and contracts.
Proven capability in recommending and implementing Business Process Redesign to align technology with optimal process flow.6
Leadership & Acumen:
Strong track record of people management, including hiring, career development, and daily coaching of technical professionals.
Ability to conduct effective change management and training to ensure high adoption of new, automated solutions across business units.
Skilled in stakeholder management and communication, capable of presenting technology initiatives and business cases to management and executive audiences
Location Requirement:
This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.

Physical Requirements:
- In-Office Environment: Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions
- Must be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings
- Office Conditions: Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to air conditioning, heating, artificial lighting, and varying noise levels
- Mobility: Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches. Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds
- Hearing Requirements: Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls. Use of hearing aids or other assistive devices is acceptable if needed.
- Reading and Writing Proficiency: Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions. Proficiency in written communication is required to handle job-related tasks effectively.
- Vision Requirements: Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools. Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed.
- Technology Proficiency: Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software.
- Effective Communication: Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools.
