We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Annual Fund Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. The Annual Fund Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase annual giving from individual donors, corporations, and foundations. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with donors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual fundraising plans to meet revenue goals
• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors
• Create and manage fundraising campaigns and events
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising initiatives
• Track and report on fundraising progress and outcomes
• Stay current on fundraising trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in fundraising or development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in fundraising software and Microsoft Office suite
